Read back the thoughts and actions of my past
Wondering why I feel like I'm always in last
Maybe it's because I wouldn't let go of the pain
So here is my chance to make that real change
Can't refrain from mistakes but I can learn
This is more than just forgetting
It's seeing the problems and admitting
Can't stay the same forever
